Private Yoga Therapy

A personalized, therapeutic approach to yoga designed to support your unique physical, mental and emotional needs.

 

Yoga therapy sessions integrate movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, restorative practices and lifestyle support in a way that is individualized, adaptable and grounded in your goals and lived experience.

 

Unlike a traditional yoga class, yoga therapy is designed specifically for the individual. Practices are thoughtfully adapted based on your physical abilities, stress levels, health concerns, nervous system patterns and overall readiness.

 

Sessions are available both virtually and in person, allowing support to be accessible whether you are local or located elsewhere. Virtual yoga therapy can be especially supportive for individuals navigating busy schedules, chronic illness, fatigue, mobility limitations or seasons of life where leaving home or adding additional stress to the calendar feels overwhelming.

 

This flexibility allows the work to truly meet you where you are.

 

This work may support:

  • Stress, burnout and nervous system dysregulation

  • Anxiety and overwhelm

  • Chronic disease and lifestyle support

  • Recovery and restoration

  • Mobility limitations and adaptive movement needs

Because meaningful change and therapeutic support take time, yoga therapy is offered as a foundational 6-session program designed to create consistency, build awareness and allow practices to evolve alongside your needs.

 

The Foundational Yoga Therapy Program

Includes:

  • One 90-minute intake and assessment session

  • Six individualized 60 minute yoga therapy sessions

  • Personalized supportive practices and recommendations

  • Ongoing adaptation based on your goals and needs

  • Virtual or in-person session options

 

Programs are typically completed over 6-10 weeks depending on scheduling and individual support needs.

 

No prior yoga experience or flexibility is required.

 

Investment: $795

 

Additional sessions and continued support options are available as needed.

 

 

 

 

 

Align + Restore 

Small Group Classes at MAVE Movement Studio in Toledo, Ohio

 

An intentional, alignment-focused class designed to support and elevate your strength training practice while creating space for restoration and recovery.

 

Align + Restore blends mindful movement, mobility work, breath awareness and restorative elements to help improve body awareness, support stability and encourage nervous system recovery between high-output training sessions and daily stressors.

 

Classes are intentionally small to allow for a more personalized experience and thoughtful guidance throughout practice.

 

This class is ideal for individuals who:

  • Strength train regularly

  • Feel tight, overstimulated or physically depleted

  • Want to improve mobility and movement quality

  • Crave recovery-focused movement without pressure

  • Are looking for a calmer, more intentional wellness experience

 

No advanced yoga experience or flexibility required. Align & Restore classes are typically held at 7 AM Tuesdays & Thursdays. Look for "Restore" on the schedule below.

 

 

PharmToTable Clinical Wellness Services (Coming Soon)

 

Evidence-informed wellness support integrating clinical knowledge with lifestyle-focused care.

 

Through PharmToTable, Michelle offers select virtual wellness consultations for individuals seeking a more personalized, root-cause-oriented approach to health and well-being.

Functional and integrative wellness approaches focus not only on symptoms, but also on the underlying lifestyle, environmental, nutritional, stress-related and metabolic factors that may influence how we feel and function over time. This work emphasizes understanding the whole person while supporting sustainable, realistic changes that can complement traditional medical care.

Michelle’s background as a clinical pharmacist and functional medicine approach allows her to apply both a safety-focused and evidence-informed lens, helping individuals thoughtfully navigate the growing and often overwhelming world of wellness information, supplements and integrative health strategies.
