We often invest tremendous time and effort into keeping our bodies in shape, yet we rarely apply the same intention to our cognitive health. Either the body shows signs of strain first, or the mind does. In either case, sustainable health requires attention to both.
I work with adults navigating life transitions and/or demanding careers who are experiencing brain fog, stress-related cognitive fatigue, hormonal shifts, weight changes, metabolic imbalance or early memory concerns and want to take a proactive, structured approach to protecting their cognitive future. I also work with professionals who are accustomed to pushing harder when their body is asking for recalibration; individuals navigating burnout who want a structured plan to protect and rebuild capacity.
